The final deposit is due 30 days before your event.
The bar invoice is due 7 days prior to the event.

The ceremony and reception layouts must be submitted 10 days prior to the event.
We have 20 farmhouse tables that measure 8 feet by 3 feet, which are included in the venue rental. Each table comfortably sits 8 people per table. Ten people can fit but it will be a tight squeeze.
Yes, we have electricity for your caterer. Please have them contact us to specify their needs, as we must know their logistics no later than two weeks ahead of time.
Yes! We have electricity for all your musicians' needs. Please note that all deejays and musicians must be placed with their backs to the lakeside, with the speakers pointing away from the lake.
Yes! We have electricity at the gazebo that your deejay or musician can easily plug into and will also be covered from the elements.
The venue rental includes 200 white resin ceremony chairs and 200 wood reception chairs.
You have access to the property Friday at noon until 10 a.m. Sunday. All times must be cleared with The Rosemary staff ahead of time. An unauthorized visit is prohibited under any circumstance, as we are a private residence.
In the event of rain, the ceremony and reception will take place under the tent. We have several clear umbrellas guests can use and we will transport as many people as possible in the golf cart. Guests are welcome to drive up to the tent for drop off but all cars must be parked in the designated parking lot.
The bridal party will shelter in the bridal suite and guests will be instructed to shelter in their vehicles.
The reception ends at 11 p.m., and all guests are expected to exit by 11 p.m., as per the Town of Westford ordinance.
Clients are encouraged and welcome to set up on Friday. Typically, guests begin around 12pm.
All items must be packed up no later than 10am on Sunday (or the day after your event).
Renting the Honeymoon Suite for the night will be $250 plus tax.
All items brought in by the couple and caterer are the responsibility of the couple and caterer. The Rosemary oversees the cleaning of what we own only.
Yes! We have plenty of parking for up to 200 guests (approximately 80 cars).
Under no circumstances are guests allowed to bring their own alcohol, as The Rosemary at Spano Lake is the only approved vendor. You are allowed to bring your own alcohol and refreshments to the bridal suite when you are getting ready.
The Rosemary staff collects trash from the receptacles and disposes of it. Your caterer oversees bussing all the tables.
Yes, candles are allowed as long as they are in votives and/or covered. No open flames.
Yes! Please let us know three days ahead of time if you would like to use the rowboat for photos.
Guests are not allowed to smoke cigarettes anywhere on the property. Cannabis and cigars are permitted.
Yes! Bring your pole and enjoy some fishing. We are strictly catch-and-release, and you must have an NYS Fishing license.
Yes, dogs are welcome! We must know 2 weeks ahead of time and must remain leashed at all times. Pets are not allowed in the bridal or Honeymoon suites. If, at any point, there are unleashed dogs, you will be asked to leave.
