Nestled in Central New York's Leatherstocking region, The Rosemary at Spano Lake offers a private waterfront event experience with rustic charm and infinite possibilities.

Our space is located outside historic Cooperstown, less than four hours northwest of New York City and a short drive from Albany, on a sprawling unique canvas, awaiting your personal touches.

The Rosemary was founded with love, on a property that cultivated love. We met as middle school kids during summer vacation and spent many days swimming in the lake and enjoying fireside get-togethers with family and friends, and still do today!

We understand how important your special day is and there is nothing more meaningful to us than providing the magic that we captured all those years ago, for your unique occasion.
